Av. Ardjana Shehi, MBA

A lawyer Highly Regarded by IFLR1000, the Managing Partner of AK PARTNERS Legal & Consulting Av. Shehi is the Designated Legal Counsel of Austrian Embassy Tirana who is licensed by the Albanian Bar to practice law in Albania and is a member of IBA since 1996.

Shehi has a professional experience in business law and legal consulting longer than 25 years having niche legal expertise in finance & project financing, restructuring & bankruptcy, tax & employment, non-for-profit sector and development.

Shehi founded AK PARTNERS Legal & Consulting after having worked for longer than two decades as a legal expert in the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Industry, as a lead in-house lawyer for two telecommunications operators (Albanian Telecom SHA and AMC SHA), as legal programme manager at the British development agency CAFOD and as Senior Partner at Kalo & Associates. Shehi has handled important projects having provided legal services and represented many Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Companies, International Development Organizations and foreign embassies in Tirana.

Due to her special expertise, since 1998 Shehi has been contracted as a lawyer, legal consultant, trainer and project manager by several international organizations and development agencies. Shehi has a considerable experience in drafting of legislation (laws and secondary legislation).

Since 1995, Shehi has a long experience as trainer on various legal topics. Since 2006, Shehi is a trainer for judges and is also lecturing at Albanian School of Magistrates. Since 1995, Shehi co-authored three legal books and is also the author of many articles published in domestic and foreign publications.

Shehi is a member of Albanian National Fiscal Council, Advisory Board of Tirana International School (TIS) and European Center. Shehi was the Head of Legal & Tax Committee of American Chamber of Commerce & a member of Albanian State Aid Commission, Legal Board of SOROS Foundation, Head of TLAS Board, etc.
